My teaching is inspired by the transformations that can happen when we learn to welcome our experience and come into a kinder more compassionate relationship with ourselves.

I feel passionate about how yoga and mindfulness can support us to come into a deeper appreciation of life in all it’s richness.

With the kindness of attention we can learn to re-connect with ourselves, the movements of the breath within, the presence of the earth beneath and the space around us, so the body can begin it’s journey back to a sense of wholeness, ease and harmony
